I would assume it's moreso about their being fat, which fits in with the idea of making fun of someone who spends too much time online.
Not to say it isn't also about beauty, nor am I commenting upon whether or not they'd get as many comments about their appearance were they men, for the record.

It is so funny that people on this platform often act high and mighty, finding people despicable for owning a car from a company with a fascist ceo and then go shit on people for their looks. Pathetic.
