Probably says more about AI than it does about him.
Yeah totally, but it makes looking at his work less fun than it used to be. Probably will be like that the next time I see a Ghibli film.

nah I just watched totoro with my kids and it was an absolute joy. the artistry in every frame was something to behold. no ai can truly replicate that.
