Oh he just draws the buildings like he imagines them on fire, I first thought he would just happen across burning banks by "random chance"
Imagine standing in front of a burning building and pulling out your easel and paint brushes and just painting what you see. Would be a bit of a dick move.
How else are we going to get pictures when no one can afford cameras and phones in the US anymore?
