The biggest surprise for me was the Toyota only getting 19km from a quick 15min fast charge

Shows that toyota is behind others in the EV game because it lacks the real world feedback that others have from older EVs.

Yeah including charging, which sounds like a likely cause for such bad performance in that kind of test.
