They confirmed there were no open recalls on the 2018 GMC Acadia involved in the incident.

Despite what they describe as "extensive efforts," detectives and prosecutors from King County and Seattle were unable to identify any applicable criminal charges.

Fucking despicable. How bout manslaughter? If it isn't a car issue then it's negligence. Not putting on parking brake while leaving the car that get someone killed deserved a manslaughter charge.
