It's from the amazing 2000's Bethesda game "The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind". In this game you have the freedom to kill any character you like, no matter how important they may be.

If you kill a character that's important for the main quest, no matter if they are "good" or "bad", before they are supposed to die, you will get this message informing you that you just made completing the main quest impossible and hinting you towards reloading a save - but you can just as well keep playing.

This isn't about Prigo being good or not, this is about Putin fucking Up.
