In the interest of maintaining some standard of evidence-based information, here is a source with more journalistic integrity than a bluesky screen cap:

Well the post body does include an abc7 video report. But thanks for additional sources.

I trust the Bluesky screenshot more than mainstream media.

I dont think its ever wise to trust an article headline, let alone a wall of text and a screen cap of a news video from a random internet user.

DHS has been stating they would be doing wellness checks since April under the pretense that they are preventing human trafficking. I cannot tell from any article I have read of them trying to visit schools if that is what they are actually after or not.

She has 38.000 likes though that is a lot of street cred.

It’s a good thing you can’t bot, buy, or scam likes! Otherwise this bulletproof form of deciding who is trustworthy would be useless!

True.

Meanwhile at CNN: the protesters are throwing these... 40mm rubber bullet grenades at the cops...

Two things can be true.

Reminder that Sen. Mitt Romney wanted TikTok banned because it accurately reported on Gaza than the media, showing the active murders happening.

They want citizen's platforms banned and discredited because it tells truth to power.

You mean you trust media that can't be held responsible more than media that actually loses reputation when they do something wrong and can be sued?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 days ago

So they'll be sued for failing to report Trump's rise to power soon?

Rupert Murdock will be sued for aiding in Fox News? And the deaths he helped caused? The people who he had mobs form because of false accusations of pedophilia?

The WDMs in Iraq that the New York Times helped to sell to the American public?

Reporting that COVID is gone, we don't need to worry about it anymore?

Israel's war crimes being covered up by the media because it looks better?

They'll be sued and lose reputation now, right?

No I trust media which does lose reputation and can be held accountable for when they publish massieve conspiracy theories such as Alex Jones did.

Unlike legacy media such as New York Times which makes up fake rape accusations against whatever country America needs to smear next and gets away with it without repercussions.

Alex Jones is mainstream media, bud
