Cope: Trump's days are numbered and are preparing for his transition, catheter and braces mean he's fucked up enough in his dementia that his body is failing

Your tinfoil seems fairly likely. The whole point of Trump right now is to be a fall guy that the new regime can blame for the worst of what they're about to do. So they'll want some things signed before the switch out.
