remember when they said all dlc for cyberpunk would be free? i do.

They are trying to argue that this is an expansion, not DLC:

Phantom Liberty is an expansion, not a DLC. You can find the list of free DLCs here: https://www.cyberpunk.net/en/dlc (they were included in patches).

Oh that means the Expansion will come in a physical CD to install and no Downloadable Content at all. So nice of CDProjekt of bringing back the old times, were games were complete or mostly, and you didn't need to download a day one patch or much anything , except some small stuff here and there.

This is an expansion, dlc is small add-ons. Same as the Witcher. They added loads of stuff for free, but then the two big expansion's were paid for.

I actually don't, or if I do wasn't that just for small post launch additions and not fully fledged expansions? Same way you got those alternate costumes in witcher 3 for free but still had to buy hearts of stone,for example.
