Why do lizards have nipples?

Holy shit though, they do definitely lay eggs... But having nipples indicates milk... So in this universe, gith milk, or gilk, totally exists...

Side note, they probably need wider hips to lay the eggs, given their size and description... They shouldn't all be so lanky.

The whole egg laying thing was a deliberate modification to their species though. It's heavily implied that they used to reproduce like most mammals.

Platypuses, also they're modified by mindflayers, so for all we know they were given nipples ...

So, a monotreme?

Maybe they have really flexible pelvises

Maybe we'll get answers in the dlc.

I think they are more like snake-elf hybrids.

I may have to look again this evening, but if I remember correctly, my dragonborn does have nipples too.
