Why do lizards have nipples?

Holy shit though, they do definitely lay eggs... But having nipples indicates milk... So in this universe, gith milk, or gilk, totally exists...
Side note, they probably need wider hips to lay the eggs, given their size and description... They shouldn't all be so lanky.
The whole egg laying thing was a deliberate modification to their species though. It's heavily implied that they used to reproduce like most mammals.
Platypuses, also they're modified by mindflayers, so for all we know they were given nipples ...
Maybe they have really flexible pelvises

Oh yeah, it’s a common bug that hs to do with the meshes at whatever exactly they’re using here. Seen it in a bunch of games (usually modded if not always)
That might be the result of a mod
If not, then there should be a mod for that.

This is what happens when you install a certain body mod. Assuming that’s what happened, you might be happy to know someone else made a clothing mod that goes with your body mod to fix the clipping.
