The KGB stopped existing nearly 32 years ago now along with the USSR so it would be a bit surprising if it was still looking to recruit at Oxbridge...

Hence the question mark - I imagine the FSB/SVR still keep hooks in the water, as do many secret services (wouldn't be surprised if the Yanks were doing it too).
