I don't take care of my health enough. Too much stress, too little sleep, bad food. My mind is in trouble now

Unhealthy. Used to be okay by American standards, but that's not saying much, and I've since gotten worse. Nothing terrible going on, but a few minor annoyances that probably should be dealt with, along with moderate weight problems.
