Besides the obvious picks (Westbrook, Draymond), I'd avoid Kyrie and Harden because they're definitely not worth the price they're asking and definitely will butcher a team's cap space while either not playing or underdelivering.
As for role players, Will Barton is completely washed at this point. Considering all that has happened this past season, I really wouldn't try my chances with Dillon Brooks. I don't think Kendrick Nunn will ever be his old self at this point.
Even though I've seen a lot of people back on Reddit hate on D'Angelo Russell, I'd say if you can get him for a reasonable amount, do it, because he really did contribute on the Lakers for the small stretch prior to the playoffs.
