Actually a bit sad to see the ELAM ending go, thought it made it much more interesting at the end. I liked the players drafting as well, think people forgot how sick of the same matchup people were with East vs West and drafting added a bit of fun to the process.

Ditch the draft but keep the Elam ending. It’s better than having the game just fizzle out late in the 4th

Yeah, I don't get it. Maybe I'm in a bubble, but I've only heard glowing praise of the ELAM format.
