I hate to be that guy, but both she and hemsworth have CGI enhancement to their beiceps. Its shown clearly in the Behind the Scenes.

Not to disparage either of thier growth though.

The point was the depiction, though. I don't blame either actor for not wanting to go through the intense training (and likely chemical enhancements) over months and months for a few hours of screen time.
