I meant the culture in uruguay. From what i read they are really progressive and have a pretty good economy.
Yes but even being mostly from the same ancestry Argentinians are super loud to declare themselves the Europe of the Americas.
To be fair Uruguay, like you said is more European than them.
Lets say that its interesting that uruguay is more european than the country i live in (hungary) even tho hungary is a eu member. Uruguay is a is really impressive and hungary is really dissapointing...
