I thought the third horseman was Pestilence?
Naw, with the introduction of pesticides, pestilence retired, and pollution took his place.
We have met the pestilence, and he is us.
Depending on who you talk to, pestilence falls under conquest, as if through infectious disease. It's also guised as the antichrist.
