I believe it should be. I'm 8 timezones away but our news said yesterday:

expected to arrive as early as today and to persist through until Sunday.

Crossing my fingers. Saw someone post a pic an hour ago from Eastern Oregon. So far I have not seen anything tonight and the probability is shrinking.
