I'm not saying Arrowhead is perfect and hand-wave away the game's problems. I've just seen a lot of people bash the game as if it's completely unplayable. But I still enjoy dropping in and getting overrun by Bile Titans only to barely make the extract with reinforcements left.

I've never seen that. I've seen a lot of people express legitimate concerns over the enshittification of the gaming industry. I'm very confident this is nothing at all to do with Arrowhead, and everything to do with Sony, but it doesn't excuse it. And I don't appreciate the diminishment of those concerns.
