A good chunk of the time I can't share images because they're in Webp format. Is there a way to force a different format? I don't know if it's a function of the content or Boost.

What's stopping you from sharing a webp? Recipients don't have a compatible app?

Some messaging clients don't support it either, it's still a mess after all these years

FB Messenger Lite is one of those that doesn't.

I can't send webp pic through text messages, I have to screenshot them to be able to send them.

I'm using FB Messenger Lite. Telegram may have the same problem, but I'm 100% on that.
