You asked "You know this how?" Here:

I feel like I did a pretty good job explaining how I know that no one could take the US's place by pointing out that the US is the biggest spender on the military in the entire world, and by a huge margin. If that's not enough, how about this?

I think it's pretty obvious that the rest of the world would struggle to export arms at the same rate as the US.
