I remember a certain former president trying to deregulate all the things.
Now we’re all getting listeria, and he’s poised to be president again.
Since he loves his hamburders so much let's hope he gets all the onions.

trump set a bad policy (deregulation of food industry).
That bad policy doesn’t suddenly become undone just because Biden is president. It takes more time to fix than it did to break.
Trump did set up stuff to happen while Biden was president, yes. It's not even a secret trick, only dipshits don't know it happens.
