I am from a country with healthcare, so I'm not following American policies that closely, but isn't the point that most people make that both parties aren't going to help Gaza, but Trump will also make like worse for everyone who isn't a rich, cis, straight, white male?

that's what the narrative that kamala supporters have successfully spread with project 2025; however the reality is that project 2025 was created in 1980 and our government has enacted 75% of it before trump ever made it into office.
