Fine give up all that tax revenue, other states have been rolling in the funds. And because court and jail fees makes so much more money πŸ™„

These products are only taxed the 6.25 percent Texan sales tax. They aren't losing out on much

Michigan made almost $300 million last year just on weed, and this year is looking even higher. Texas has a population 3x that of MI. If they legalize it fully and tax like alcohol and tobacco they would be missing out on a lot more. But whatever, we should give Texas to Mexico.
