I bet China will let them work from home.

Can also just sprinkle it between two crackers on peanut butter if you don't want to eat a whole sandwich

Congress has a hard time passing legislation. Doing so would effectively kill USPS anyway. There is no way they could compete with their mandates.

So there is a little bit of nuance. They could deliver letters, but they wouldn't have legal access to mailboxes... Which is a pretty big hinderance.

Not saying I disagree, just that it's one edge USPS has verse their massive mandate.

It's his worst nightmare if reporting is to be believed.

Honestly there should be both. Just make the trigger for the general recall an exceptionally high bar.

Farms have increased prices 10-20% but the shelf is seeing 200%+ increases.

Its absolutely not an "American thing" Just about every asian country eats more eggs than Americans per capita. It's in like half or more of their staple dishes.

And Mexicans somehow eat even more eggs than Asians. (Surprising Google discovery)

My assault bears are outfitted with those wolverine blades. They are absolutely devastating to my furniture.

Because they are somehow classified as percussion instruments. As far as I know you can legally buy a cap and ball colt without paperwork.

Well April 2nd is our supposed "national day of prosperity". Which analysts think means he is going to enact global tariffs as well as all the retaliatory tariffs he is planning.

As title suggests, in your opinion what are some of the best recipes you know that have good leftovers?

We hate cooking everyday, and love when there are leftovers, especially tasty leftovers. What dishes in your recipe book lend themselves to tasty, easy to reheat leftover meals?

Cottage pie is probably the one I can think of that is dominant in our household. Cheap and tastes almost the same reheated.

My car sometimes doesn't get driven for a week at a time, between that and winter cold I am having constant issues with it dying and needing to be trickle charged. My engine also seems to want a lot of juice for it to turnover.

Would an AGM battery last longer between charges? Would it perform better in the cold? Is there any better solution than just making sure some regularly drives it a few times a week?

Edit: It seems Costco lists an AGM for my car cheaper than a lot of regular batteries, so it seems like I will find out either way... But I am still curious if people think this will solve my charging problems.

Someone found this buried in the terms and conditions of tiktok and is saying that it somehow means Facebook owns it.

What is this actually supposed to be telling me?

If so what do they call it?

I feel like I am going crazy, because I thought for sure it exists and can't seem to find one.

Basically looking for an all in one device where you can plug in HDMI, USB, etc. to make it easier for guests to present.

Game suggestions for PS5 (sh.itjust.works)
submitted 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) by Corkyskog@sh.itjust.works to c/patientgamers@sh.itjust.works

I don't usually have much time to play games, so I have missed most games when they were popular.

I currently have a PS5 and would like some suggestions.

What I seemed to have liked:

  • Shooters with complex upgrade systems
  • Hack and slash
  • Games with interesting economies

Games I liked in the past:

  • Champions of Norrath
  • Borderlands
  • Fallout
  • Resident Evil

I don't like:

  • Games that feel too closed off
  • Games that are unnecessarily difficult
  • Really repetitive grinding
  • Sports games
  • When it doesn't let you save at any time

I was wondering if there are any good collection's of books available for torrent. Like maybe classics, or top 1,000 sci-fi, etc. Does that exist?
