Was it even an act of sabotage? Or just neglect until gravity does its thing?
The latter. It was built in 1980s and the only thing that could've probably been repaired is it's asphalt surface. No one claimed otherwise.
That is what I thought but wanted to know since the user I replied to kinda alluded to something here.
