Generally, votes are overrated. Especially if youβre not mainstream, by definition most people wonβt support you, wonβt agree with you, wonβt understand you.
Some things may be downvoted because theyβre too stupid. But occasionally, you might be downvoted simply because youβre a bit too early. Like, if youβd said βbeing gay is not crimeβ or something 50 years ago, you might have got downvotedβ¦ Just a thought.
Vote counts are worthless regardless, doubly so in a federated environment. The fact that they can move things up and down in ranking makes them prone to abuse.

Yes, there is a violent mafia that has a monopoly on currency and credit at this time. This is changing slowly as more and more rational people realize the scam that is being perpetrated.

I think this time it maybe banker bots, they are angry about having their scam notes "defaced" AKA improved with info about real money.
when we try to build our own financial system this makes certain kinds of ordinary people really mad for a lot of dumb reasons. they haven't been told that they are allowed to think it's cool yet

Idk, I think finding an ad stamped on my banknote would probably just sour my opinion of the thing being advertised. Especially if the ink runs and gets on my hands or clothes or something

No, but it will get pulled from circulation the next time it gets deposited into a bank.
Banks take damaged or defaced notes and send them to the nearest Federal Reserve bank to be destroyed and replaced.
So in other words, put this stamp on every bill you ever touch. Got it.
It's technically a felony, it's just not worth tracking down the kid drawing a moustache in Jackson.
Besides being needlessly petty, wilfully defacing every bill you can is a good way to get investigated if it's a slow day for federal law enforcement.
Not a felony = print trillions of notes and steal purchasing power of the whole population to fund crimes against humanity.
Felony = Stamp critical information on bank notes that empowers individuals in a peaceful manner.

If you don't want it to be pulled from circulation, make it a lot smaller. Chop marks don't get bills pulled. Try a small Monero logo, or a tiny getmonero.org, with total area the size of the typical chop mark you already see on $100 bills. If xmr.org redirected to getmonero.org, using that would be even better.
