Two images are shown, one is during the day of the tower from an aerial view pointing down towards the ground (though not straight down), the tower appears to have a huge spire and at the base of the tower, there are two atriums a bit like testicles. It looks a bit like an uncircumcised penis.
The other picture is of the same tower at night. Given the lighting, it's clearly obvious it looks more like a penis at night, and with the fireworks, it looks like it's ejaculating.
