Power puff girls, totally spies, all the girl central shows as a kid either went over my head or just went over my head (i wasn’t that impressionable as a kid). Now suddenly if there were ever a show about “girl power” it’s full of people complaining about it…..but about what? I don’t get why women as a subject matter feels so “pushy” in itself. Is it because women are being taking a little more seriously now and those against that are fighting louder? Was it always like this? Did the message of “girl power” actually change so now it Is “agenda”? I don’t see how it feels people are so against it now when I could count how many of my saturday morning cartoons had it splattered and no one was this up and arms about it all
