I feel like I’m a little too old to be asking but I was marinating chicken and every time I am handling raw meat I literally act like it’s anthrax but not sure if it’s completely necessary but something I’ve always done. I always wonder does the cutting board need to be washed separately and does the sponge need to be tossed? Oh so many questions….
