My mom and I were driving down our narrow two lane road on the way home, when a dump truck came around the corner doing 50-60 in a 40 zone, and he almost tipped over. He came a little bit in our lane, almost hit us head on, and the truck wobbled back, and forth so I knew he had almost tipped over. Later on my mom whent back to town, and this same guy was behind her going really fast. She got the license plate, and sent it to me, so I called the non emergency number, and told them what happned and gave them the plate number. I felt like it was the right think to do because this guy could end up killing someone. What do you think?
