A mobile client for Lemmy running on iOS and Android
As far as I understand it (and in simple terms) Liftoff defaults to browsing communities on Lemmy.world as a guest , even if you are signed into your account on a different instance. In your case Lemm.ee
At the top of the page you’ll see a drop down. If you change that to your instance Lemm.ee you’ll be able to comment and vote.
Personally I would like to see this behaviour changed as it’s highly confusing for someone new to Lemmy who isn’t on Lemmy.world
Right on! Maybe that's what I didn't do earlier. Still figuring things out. Thx for the response.
You can also delete the lemmy.world instance from the app by long holding on it in the accounts menu so that the mistake doesn't happen again :)

Just subscribed being logged in through my browser. Also noticed I'm unable to comment without being logged in to lemmy.world. I guess I have some reading to do on how to use the app.
Interesting enough I'm suddenly able to subscribe and reply to posts. Not sure what I did earlier that prohibited me. 🤷🏻♂️
