hate to break it to you but perpetual motion is physically impossible and that channel is a lie

In this house we obey the laws of thermodynamics!

Good thing I have a theoretical degree in theoretical physics.

Well, on channel description he clearly states that those are only motorized recreations of suggested perpetual motion machines. But on individual videos that info doesn't seem to be that readily available, so it's not totally wrong to say that the whole channel is a lie, but strictly speaking not excactly correct either.

Some of those gadgets would make a nice desktop toy, obviously with a usb power brick or batteries.

4 paragraphs deep into a description that you can't see unless you click to expand it isn't what i'd call clear, and based on the comments on every video i clicked on, it seems to be a pretty easy detail to miss. you've got a good eye, though.

a nice desktop toy

ngl i feel like i'd get sick watching most of these things for more than a few seconds at a time

oh no!

next, you're going to "break to me" that the earth is not flat?

you picked a great example considering that yes, there are people gullible enough to fall for both of these nakedly obvious falsehoods.

i just figured it was more likely that you were one of those idiots than just so weird that your take was 'this domino machine isn't as cool as that domino machine' and you thought that it was worth commenting
