It'll quiet down soon. Once all the funding gets pulled. Great time for people to write harrowing exposés on food producers.

It sounds to me like the FDA is doing what it's supposed to (part of it anyway). I wish these could be caught before they made it to shelves, but pulling them before they can do more damage is still a positive.

Half of these are a single recall from a farm that took two days for a major packer to pack. Anybody that used cucumbers from that packer that might have been packed in those two days then has to issue their own recall.
