Creating zram, and then making it a ramdisk for .cache, /tmp, etc -- does it do any difference? (lemmy.world)

Worst case scenario I've figured out a formidable way to make the "ultimate" ~/Downloads directory, heh.

ZRAM is already a ramdisk. I think you're confused.

-EDIT- Nvm that, I've tested several methods to make this work and none of em worked as I was expecting -- a ramdisk with zstd compression.

Oh well.
