"We know he said he was imposing tariffs but we didn't think he was actually going to do it" is a line I've been reading in so many finance journals and hearing on briefings over the last month.

In unrelated news Trump announced that North and South Dakota will be renamed to North Custer and South Custer. This came after pushback for the request to change Dakota to Damzog.
