Someone care to explain why this line item gets a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of

311999 - All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing

And why another line item for "Armored EV (not sedan)" gets

312113 - Ice Manufacturing

And why "Armored BMW X5/X7" gets

312112 - Bottled Water Manufacturing

@Nougat@fedia.io is implying the contract is being pushed though the federal budget unscrupulously, since those are clearly misclassified.

Those are just the ones I took a sidelong glance at, too.

I dunno, but this one seems grim: line 47, a contract for "local guard services" in Nairobi, Kenya, valued at over $20M, incumbent contractor Aegis-KK Security Burundi, is tagged as

311611 - Animal (except Poultry) Slaughtering

Edit: I went and looked at last year's file. Last year, all contracts for "local guard services" were correctly tagged as "561612 - Security Guards and Patrol Services." This year, they are all different food manufacturing codes.

Please god let them both get driven around in that inevitable death trap

Won't happen. Though government acquisitions will buy an absolute deathtrap to save 30 dollars or look cooler.

They can't design a civilian vehicle that doesn't trap you inside when electrical gets cut or moreover if you're entrapped and on fire, or you know the types of issues combat vehicles see.

Someone should sue State for engaging a wasteful Marxist contract—after all, teslas are woke EVs made by communists and their radical green new deal inclusion in the state department fleet would clearly be limiting the sale of glorious freedom fuel that our good, hard working, LNG farmers produce.

Is there a solvent than can be used in spray can format?

Like something that eats thru paint and clear coat. Don't ask questions.

Good choice. There are also paint strippers, though not sure if any come in spray form.

https://www.tesa.com/en/craftsmen/tesa-professional-60042-adhesive-remover.html

Various types of adhesive removers come in spray form.

They will totally fuck any paint
