It's actually a bit refreshing for the US president to be so dumb as to say the quiet parts out loud.
It's not going to happen anyway. All the unexploded ordnance diminishes any prospects for building houses, let alone holiday resorts. Even 80 years after WWII, 5500 duds are being excavated and have to be defused in Germany annually, plus there are spontaneous detonations at times.
