Putin is out of infrastructure targets, and is worried about his refineries getting drone strikes. This isn't a cease fire, it's just a protection agreement for Putin.

There is no such fucking thing as an agreement when one of the primary parties isn't even invited to the gd fucking meeting.

I'm actually surprised that Putin is acknowledging the asymmetry of capacity here. I'd have imagined he'd pitch inconsequential bullshit to avoid admitting what type of ceasefire would work in his favour
