Yeah I do not think I have heard of them either. They are not some budget airline, unless you think Calgary to Vancouver for $250 is budget.
In the past they’ve had the cheapest tickets to Newfoundland I’ve found, which is where I go every year for my vacation anyway, so since they started flying that way I’ve gone through them. No complaints personally

Flair Airlines has a tendancy to just stop flying out of certain airports for various reasons. As much as I'd like this to be a "buy Canadian" trend it could just be as simple as they think the airport fees are too high.
Low-cost feckless bargain offshoot of Canadian Airline, you mean. The only reason Flair still exists is to make Air Canada appear to suck less.
