It seems like every so often Chapman's makes the news, and every time, it's Chapman's being an all around awesome example that I wish other companies would follow.
There is so much free good-pr on the table at the moment.
But glad to know they aren't local-washing (I just coined this term. I hope it doesn't become a real thing)

That's just not true, we have very strict ingredient requirements for something to legally be called ice cream
Literally went to the store today and bought Ice cream, first ingredient CREAM. Many labeled ice creams have “modified milk product “ as the first ingredient
