They sued in the wrong district. That's literally the entire decision

Edit: I was very, very wrong. They (the deported) have to sue against the district where they're being held. The fuck does that even mean if you're being held in a foreign prison?

They also said due process would still apply, which is actually pretty huge. Trump could continue to deny it, but it becomes a more direct rejection of judicial oversight. It might even get some Republicans to support impeachment.
