If you've tried them all then you'd know that Pringles Rice Infusions salt and vinegar is worse because it only takes 6 pringles to cause long lasting chemical burns.

At least normal ones are half a tube.

And all BBQ ones are objectively awful, like licking an ashtray that had tomato puree smeared on the bottom.

I drink a daily bottle of kombucha, and I'm pretty convinced that (with therapy) helped improve my mental health. I cannot explain how much better I am today than a few years ago when I first started drinking it. Within a few months, I signed up for therapy and within a year I was majorly improved.

IIRC gut microbes influence our bodies so much, so I won’t be suprised if that’s the reason it helped.

When you actually drink vinegar but still depressed as hell:
