man everytime i see hyperland it looks so cool then i try it, and feels so insanely unuseable.

I just end up doing everything via command prompt instead :/

Look into Cosmic DE. It has a similar vibe if you set up tiling, but without all the headache of configuring all the components so that it is usable.

It takes a lot of work and adjustment if you're new to tiling window managers. It takes time (and some skill, but that can be built over time).
