That sucks, and maybe explains why orders from this past week have been backed up.

That's disappointing, they've been my primary source for cards recently. I'd be interested to read about it if you have a link.
Afaik, CardKingdom eventually relented and the union is still in place there. They settled a wage disagreement in Oct 2024 so I assume it's still in place absent of any more recent updates
Anyone know an alternative to TCG for card pricing?

CK still has unionized workers, so they're +1 there, they also seemingly resolved a number workers rights and pay disputes. The biggest knock was in the past year where they closed down their main warehouse to move (further north?) and essentially cost the majority of jobs of the people at that location... It is VERY hard to find accurate news reports on each of these situations... It's been very tight and the best you can usually find is a Union quote or a CK quote which is not the best when trying to find the unbiased details
