I was just thinking about this movie last week. Such a weird premise but it's actually kinda good too?
The ending kinda falls apart a bit, but the rest of the movie I remember being pretty solid.
Also Vincent D'Onofrio around the same time he did The Cell, so he's fully creepy in it.
It should be more famous, but it was released months after The Matrix, so it got smothered :/
