I haven't watched much Trek but I thought I'd check out Strange New Worlds (I was Sci-Bi-Curious).

I was never a fan of the original but after watching the movies and Star trek: discovery I'm into rewatching the original
It definitely adds a new level of appreciation to TOS when you have Enterprise, Strange New Worlds, and some great TOS movies that help flesh it out.
Why not Bi-Fi? There is even merch for that already 
And a meatstick to boot? Perfect
