There was 2 sequels to the 90s movie. If you haven’t seen the new one then I recommend it. It’s pretty fantastic.

Ah right on. Dunno if I’d trust it script wise.
Also to my knowledge, the cgi 2007 TMNT is supposed to be canon with those first three live action movies.
I think that is correct. I think my main adjustment with the new movie is the take on Splinter. They really upped his goofiness. Hopefully he is more well rounded in the sequel vs Shredder. My favorite Splinter is in the OG movies and IDW comics.
I’ll be honest I enjoyed the goofy dad vibe he had in the new flick, but I understand where you are coming from.

I am sorely behind on all the animated shows save for the original so I will definitely be getting to it soon.
