I feel compelled to point out that lean is made with a codeine-based cough syrup, whereas NyQuil is diphenhydramine. Lean with codeine gets you high, lean with diphenhydramine is basically just Benadryl Soda and it won't get you high unless you have enough that it starts giving you dementia.
